Featuring SimCity 4 by Electronic Arts
A team of two (2) individuals will take the role of mayor to establish and develop a virtual city. Each parish may bring as many as two 2 teams. Teams will have free creativity to design their city in any way that they wish. Teams will be scored on various aspects of the game such finance, rating polls and quantity of inhabitants. The contestants will develop the following life skills: problem solving, civic duty, construction management, landscape management, finance, team building, cooperative learning, and presentation skills.
Age Requirement: The participant must have passed their 13th birthday and not passed their 20th birthday by January 1, 2011

- The SimCity Box Set is a combo pack with 5 different Sims games in it. SimCity 4 that we are using for the contest is included in this pack, and in many stores it is cheaper to buy the box set than it is to buy the game separately!

- Yes. Your computer will need a DVD drive to run the game. The DVD disc will need to be in your system during game play.
