2011 Food and Fitness Camp

This video gives a brief overview of the 2011 Food and Fitness Camp. The camp showcased healthy living with everyone’s favorite Disney shows. The purpose of the 4-H Food and Fitness Camp is to help young people learn basic nutrition, simple food preparation techniques and fun fitness activities they can do alone or with friends. This year's camp was a wonderful learning experience for all who attended.

The Food and Fitness camp is planned and sponsored by the Louisiana 4-H Food and Fitness Board Teen Leadership Board. Each year the state 4-H Food and Fitness Board hosts a fun-filled weekend for elementary-age 4-H Club members called Food and Fitness Camp.
