Who: Youth in the 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th grades. Delegates who have previously attended the conference may attend again.

What:
Learn about the cooperative form of business and enhance your teamwork, leadership and communication skills. Interactive and educational programs along with team building activities allow delegates to explore the world of cooperatives and how this form of business complements and benefits the citizens of Louisiana. The conference is open to 120 participants, and places will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Ten delegates will be selected for top awards. The top three (3) delegates will receive an Educational Trip later in the summer. The following seven (7) delegates will receive cash awards of $50 each.
The conference will begin with registration in the cafeteria from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Friday, April 3 and conclude at noon on April 5. The Co-op Leadership Conference is sponsored by the Louisiana Council of Farmer Cooperatives and the LSU AgCenter.
