Contact your parish office of the Louisiana Cooperative Extension Service, LSU AgCenter for camper eligibility requirements, registration forms, camping dates, costs, etc., for participating in 4-H Camp Grant Walker. For your convenience, required health forms for campers and adult volunteers are found at the bottom of this page. Completed forms must be submitted to your parish Cooperative Extension Service Office along with the registration forms.
