The Vision of the Association is:

Volunteers through the Association will partner with the LSU AgCenter to enhance 4-H youth programming in Louisiana:

• To represent the interest of volunteers, parents and 4-H’ers from culturally diverse background and various levels of commitment.
• To advocate for youth and leaders to foster cultural understanding and international goodwill in communities, the state and the nation.
• To help youth develop positive understanding of self and reaching their full potential.
• To be positive role models who develop through continuous learning and doing.
• To facilitate volunteer participation in quality educational programs.
• To offer opportunities for voluntary involvement in officer roles in the organization.
• To be effective communicators and interact among all levels of the association and the 4-H Extension Staff.
• To remain committed to excellence.
