Membership in the Association is open to every 4-H volunteer who works directly or indirectly with youth. The educational philosophy is to promote teaming with other volunteers and 4-H extension agents to grow in leadership through utilization of leadership skills in practical program planning, implementation and evaluation.

Dues have been established at $5.00 per year or $50 lifetime. The membership application and dues may be sent to:
