Youth Issues
4-H'ers in Madison and Webster parishes, as well as the State 4-H Fashion Board, are "Making the Best Better" by spending time mentoring and supporting youth in their communities. Madison Parish 4-H'ers are tackling literacy by mentoring younger students. Webster Parish 4-H members have adopted youth with special needs through a big buddy project that pairs youth together.
