Lunch and Learn: How to Outwit the Grinch
The Louisiana 4-H Museum is hosting a Lunch and Learn program on Wednesday, Nov. 16, 2011, from noon-1 p.m. The program will be held at the museum located at 8592, Highway 1, Mansura, La.
Participants will enjoy Avoyel Stew, an easy-to-make, healthy, delicious stew that serves many people and freezes well. Dessert and beverages will also be served.
The program features Quincy Cheek, M.Ed., Family & Consumer Sciences Nutrition associate extension agent, presenting “How to Outwit the Grinch; Avoiding Holiday Stress.”
Cost is $7 per person payable by check or money order made out to: Louisiana 4-H Foundation.
