St. Tammany Parish. Year Inducted: 2008. After beginning his career as a 4-H agent, Dr. Bobby Fletcher Sr. was instrumental in getting a livestock show facility built in St. Tammany Parish. He later served as a district agent in the southeast area of the state. Dr. Fletcher also served on the Southeast District Livestock Show Committee and on the Louisiana 4-H Foundation Board. He was honored with the St. Tammany fairground facility being named the Bobby Fletcher Agricultural Center.

State 4-H Office. Year Inducted: 2011: Kellett Hathorn’s entire 33-year extension career (1955-1988) was spent serving the 4-H program. He served as 4-H agent in St. Tammany Parish for five years and as a state 4-H specialist for the rest of his career.
