Andrews, a county agent with more than 30 years of service, provided minority youth the opportunities to learn valuable life skills as responsible adults and future leaders in their communities. He was especially noted for giving extra help to his 4-H'ers so they could expererience the satisfaction of completing tasks and the achievement of winning.
