The Louisiana 4-H Hall of Fame, sponsored by the Louisiana 4-H Foundation, was established in 2008 to recognize those whose dedication to 4-H inspired them to contribute time, resources, talent and energy in helping 4-H youth achieve their goals.
In 2008, the 100th birthday of Louisiana 4-H, 100 people were inducted representing every parish in the state. New honorees are selected annually from nominations. Inductee photos and biographical information are permanently exhibited in the Louisiana 4-H Museum and here.
The 2012 inductees are listed below with the name of the nominating parish. They will be honored at a celebration on May 19, 2012, from 1 p.m.-3 p.m. at the Louisiana 4-H Museum, located at 8592, Highway 1, Mansura, La.
