Concordia Celebrates 100 Years of 4-H in Louisiana!
On May 6, 2008, Concordia 4-H hosted a 4-H Centennial Celebration in order to celebrate 100 Years of 4-H in Louisiana. 4-H'ers and their families, local members of the community, and LSU AgCenter employees were among those in attendance. During this function, three supporters of Concordia 4-H, who were selected for the first State 4-H "Hall of Fame" were recognized. The inductees were: S.L. Winston and B.U. Miller, (who were honored posthumously) and Adella Paul. These individuals have all made significant contributions to our parish 4-H program.
