Each year the LSU Athletic Department offers the 4-H program an opportunity to attend an LSU football game at reduced ticket prices. These tickets can be purchased by 4-H members, their families, volunteers and 4-H professionals. The 4-H Day with the Tigers is scheduled for Saturday, September 29, 2012, at Tiger Stadium with LSU vs. Towson University. The tailgate will be held in Parker Coliseum with free parking beginning at 6:30 a.m. and registration inside Parker Coliseum starting at 9 a.m. The LSU Golden Girls will perform at 10:30 a.m.; cheerleaders, mascot and Tiger Girls at 2:30 p.m. There will be several games available for 4-H members in Parker Coliseum including the Rock Wall along with over 100 door prizes for 4-H members, as well as food, water and drinks. Chancellor Richardson, Vice Chancellor Paul Coreil and the Louisiana 4-H Foundation are sponsoring the annual 4-H tailgate.
Tickets are $25; all seats are located in the East Upper Deck. On Thursday, June 28, 4-H tickets will be available for purchase. Contact your parish 4-H agent for more specific details. The game and 4-H tailgate program will be a great experience for 4-H members and their families. Please contact your local parish 4-H office if you have any questions or would like to purchase tickets.

10 a.m.-3 p.m. Face Painting (Parker Coliseum)
10:30 a.m. LSU Golden Girls (Parker Coliseum)
11 a.m.-3 p.m. Games, Rock Wall, Fishing, Football, etc. (Parker Coliseum)
11:30 a.m. – Jambalaya (provided by Director Coreil), Pizza (provided by Papa John’s & Louisiana 4-H Foundation) & Ice Cream (provided by Chancellor Richardson) will be served in the Mini Farm.
11:30 a.m.-3 p.m. Door Prize Drawings Start – Parker Coliseum
1 p.m. – Eat 4-Health, National 4-H UH Grant Presentation
2:30 p.m. LSU Cheerleaders and Mascot (Parker Coliseum)
3 p.m. Chancellor Richardson and Director Coreil (Parker Coliseum); Main drawing of autographed football, basketball and baseball
5:15 p.m. LSU football players enter stadium
5:45 p.m. LSU Golden Tiger Band enters Tiger Stadium
6:30 p.m. 4-H pregame presentation in Tiger Stadium
7 p.m. Kickoff – LSU vs. Towson University
