The New Orleans Hornets basketball team will host Hoops & Clovers 4-H Night with the Hornets. This is a great oppourtunity for 4-H Club members and their families to attend a professional basketball game featuring the New Orleans Hornets.

4-H poultry judging team brings home wins in national contest
(Distributed 11/28/11) The Louisiana 4-H Poultry Judging Team placed fourth overall at the National 4-H Poultry and Egg Conference in Louisville, Ky., on Nov. 16-17.

Each year the LSU Athletic Department offers the 4-H program an opportunity to attend an LSU football game. These tickets can be purchased by 4-H members, their families, volunteers and any LSU AgCenter employee.

‘Wired for Wind’ theme for National 4-H Week, Oct. 2-8

During the week of October 2-8, 4-H members across Louisiana will celebrate National 4-H Week with lessons and activities focus on science and technology. The week will feature 4-H students from across the country engaging in science competitions with the chance to win prizes such as an Apple iPad or $10,000 from Toyota.
