Red River Rumble - Goat Show

There will be a Red River Rumble Goat Show held at the Dewitt Livestock Facility in Alexandria, Louisiana. This event is open to all 4-H'ers who show goats. The Red River Rumble Beef Show will be held at the Dewitt Livestock Facility off Hwy 71 South next to LSU-A in Alexandria, Louisiana. The show starts at 9:00 a.m. Check in is at 8:30 a.m. Entry Fee is $20 per animal. Deadline to enter is November 20. 2009. 4th-6th grade contestants will be interviewed and asked questions. 7th-12th grade (boys & girls will compete against each other). 7th-12th grade contestants will be interviewed and asked questions related to a present or future career or job including filling out a job application. Contestants are expected to dress nice and neat. Various jobs/careers will be represented.
