Registration is at 9:30 a.m. and judging begins at 10:00 a.m. Bossier Parish 4-H'ers may enter only one dish in each division and a copy of the recipe must accompany the dish. The dish must be prepared the night before and chilled in the refrigerator then transported to the contest on ice in an ice chest the day of the contest. (See contest rules on attached file.)
