The LSU AgCenter will be providing a grafting workshop in the auditorium of the Ouachita Parish Agriculture Building, 704 Cypress St., West Monroe, on Monday, May 5, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.

Various methods of grafting and budding nut, fruit and ornamental trees will be demonstrated by Dr. John Pyzner, pecan and fruit extension specialist. Information on grafting, collecting graft wood, grafting supplies and after care of grafted trees will be provided.

There is no charge.
