What we do:
  • Nanoscale engineering: nanoencapsulation of bioactive components for controlled drug release and food applications.
  • Process development: microwave heating, supercritical fluid extraction and microwave extraction of bioactive components from plants.
  • Mathematical modeling: numerical modeling of bioprocesses involving multiphysics phenomena.
