INGREDIENTS

DIRECTIONS

1 pork loin or pork shoulder roast

OR

1 whole fryer/roaster

salt, pepper and other seasonings to taste

1. Preheat oven to 325°F

2. Season meat and place in open roasting pan. Place meat thermometer in the thickest part of meat.

3. Cook until thermometer shows meat is done, 1 ½ - 2 ½ hours.
