4-H Award of Excellence
The 4-H Award of Excellence is presented to junior 4-H members who have been in 4-H for two years (including the current year) and are between the ages of 9 and 13. A point sheet must be submitted showing 4-H work through record book participation, local club activities, project work, camp and 4-H Achievement Day activities.
A gold-finished medallion will be awarded to 4-H members on 4-H Achievement Day. Application forms may be obtained from a 4-H agent and must be submitted to the St. Landry Extension Office by Dec. 6, 2010. Give completed applications to a 4-H agent or mail to:
