St. Bernard Parish 4-H Junior Leader Club members are youth 13-18 years of age and are residents of St. Bernard Parish. 4-H Club members participate in service projects throughout the year. They also attend events such as 4-H University in Baton Rouge, La., Marsh Maneuvers and Wild Woods Wanderings and take part in other educational experiences.
