| How do I join Madison 4-H?
Contact the Madison Parish Extension Office at 318-574-2465 or check with your school to see if they have a 4-H club.
Membership
Any person, regardless of race, color, religion, gender, national origin, ancestry, family status or disability may enroll as a 4-H member.
What age do I have to be to join 4-H?
Youth who are nine years of age and have not reached their nineteenth birthday on or before January 1, may enroll in 4-H clubs and groups. If you call Karol Osborne, 4-H agent, she can answer your specific questions. The extension office may be contacted either by email or phone.
How do I get involved?
Youth can participate in 4-H in a variety of ways: community 4-H clubs, project clubs, special interest groups, school enrichment and special activities. Young people can even participate as an individual member at large when no other way is available.
What does it cost to be in 4-H?
The Madison Parish 4-H enrollment fee is $5 per year. However, some clubs assess an additional fee to cover club-related expenses.
