Mansel M. Mayeux Honorary Scholarship
The Mansel M. Mayeux Honorary Scholarship is awarded to BAE students who exhibit financial need.
Design Electives for Spring Semesters
Here is where students can find the design electives offered for the upcoming Spring semester.
Scott - Windham Scholarship
The Scott-Windham Scholarship is given annually (February) and preference is given to sophomores. Selection is based on a minimum GPA of 2.5 and the need for financial support.
Harold T. Barr Memorial Scholarship
The Harold T. Barr Memorial Scholarship is offered to outstanding BAE juniors. Selection is based on a minimum GPA of 3.0 and the amount of financial support needed.
Charles E. Severance Endowed Fellowship
The Charles E. Severance Endowed Fellowship honors Mr. Charles E. Severance who was an Extension project leader from 1949-1972 in the area of waste management.
Carl H. Thomas Memorial Scholarship
A scholarship in memory of Dr. Carl Thomas for outstanding BAE upperclassmen.

William H. & Barbara A. Brown Scholarship
The recipient of the William H. & Barbara A. Brown Scholarship must be a full-time undergraduate student or one-half-time graduate student.
Wiley D. Poole Memorial Scholarship
The Wiley D. Poole Memorial Scholarship is given to BAE upperclassmen based on financial need.
Richard L. Bengtson Endowed Scholarship
The Richard L. Bengtson Endowed Scholarship is given annually (February) to outstanding BAE students with financial need. Recipients must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 and be a U.S. citizen.
Steve Hall, LSU AgCenter Faculty Uses Oysters for Sustainable Carbon Sequestration
Sequestering carbon via oysters on bioengineered reefs was presented at ASABE in 2009 on sustainable practices in coastal management and restoration.
