2012 LMG State Conference

Registration Information

The registration fee for the 2012 LMG State Conference is $150. This fee covers registration, the welcome reception on Wednesday evening; breakfast, lunch and dinner on Thursday; breakfast on Friday, and all snacks during meetings.  

In an effort to keep registration costs down, registration will not be available through the Internet. A form is provided, which you should print, fill out and mail to us along with your check to cover the total. Checks will be deposited weekly as they are received. 

If you would like a receipt emailed to you, be sure to include your email address on the registration form. Otherwise, a printed receipt will be in your registration packet when you arrive at the conference.

The first 30 paid registrations submitted will receive a complimentary copy of The Southwest Louisiana Master Gardener Cookbook.

The deadline for mail-in registrations is Sept. 15, 2012. You may register at the door for a late registration fee of $165.

Please make checks payable to SWLA Master Gardeners and mail along with the form before Sept. 15, 2012, to the address below:
