DIRECTIONS

1 package gelatin (4 servings per box)

1 cup boiling water

½ cup cold water

½ cup canned pineapple juice

1 cup canned pineapple tidbits (can substitute other fruit)

1. Prepare gelatin according to package directions. Instead of using 1 cup cold water, use ½ cup cold water and ½ cup cold canned fruit juice.

Makes 4 ½-cup servings

Note: For a larger package of gelatin, use 1 ½ cups canned fruit.
